In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, this Legal Notice regulates the access and use by any user (the “User”) of the pages that make up the web domain www.genevectorbcn.com, owned by Gene Vector Barcelona, S.L. (“Gene Vector Barcelona”), provided with CIF B–67734137, with address at 08005 – Barcelona, Pallars 179 – 185, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona in volume 48073, folio 147, page B- 571,477, as well as the contents included therein (the “Website”).
It is also reported that part of the activities of Gene Vector Barcelona, as a lentivirus manufacturing laboratory for the production of advanced therapy drugs, are subject to prior administrative authorization, with Gene Vector Barcelona having the mandatory manufacturing and import authorization granted by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (Authorization Number 6769E).
The use of the Website attributes the status of User and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice.
